WORLDLITE exists since November 2011 and in activity since March 2012. Our major purpose is to contribute to the Global Effort of Building a Better World for the Coming Generations. To succeed in our major purpose, WORLDLITE will operate through three departments which are:

 

  • Wserv : a Technology and Services delivery department (For-profit)

Wserv specialized in Trading & Advertising, and Technology. 

Our recognized expertise in different business lines brings an extra value in our strategies of implementing services to our partners. To facilitate access to key services, Wserv is in a process of launching a website for social networking focused on business, called « tradzlite.com », which is at its analysis phase. It will be a portal for the key business transactions in the world, and will offer a secure platform that will enable the users to easily create an intranet to interconnect their companies and activities, and maintain them remotely, without the need to be (or to hire) a well informed IT operator for complex installation of networking systems.

  • LITEFINANCE : a micro finance (Non-Profit)

LITEFINANCE is created to fight against poverty which is the major scourge in all the third world countries, particularly in Africa. It is created based on the observation that 80% of the population of third world countries, constantly living in poverty, has enormous difficulties to get out of the situation in which they are parked in order to contribute to their development, to the development of their families and so of their countries. LITEFINANCE will provide key Trainings on fields required for youth social and economic growth, provide funding, and create awareness on entrepreneurship activities. LITEFINANCE will have 2 types of funding programs, funding to literate young entrepreneurs and microfunding to illiterate young entrepreneurs. LITEFINANCE is targeting the youth, from the age of 18 years old to the age of 30 years old, from all gender, and all cultural diversities. A web portal will be created for the applicants to deposit their entrepreneurial projects for LITEFINANCE’s funding program toward the literate youth. Throughout the running of the Phase 1 of LITEFINANCE during which phase  LITEFINANCE’s funding program will be implemented at a small scale, WORLDLITE will be undertaking the activity of its for-profit departments and will undertake moves, toward raising the funds for implementing the Phase 2 of LITEFINANCE’ funding program at a West African scale, and later at a larger scale.

 

  •  MINIMARK : a distributing chain for agricultural and breeding’ products (For-profit)

MINIMARK is a retail chain of agricultural and breeding’ products from Africa, and also products from other regions of the world. The particularity of MINIMARK is the ability to find in its premises all agricultural and breeding’ products, sold in public markets as well as products sold in supermarkets from each region of the African continent and from other  continents, at very attractive prices and even lower than the common market’s prices as we get our products directly from MINIMARK’s site, from fishermen, and other farmers and growers.

MINIMARK’ main objective is to contribute to Food Self Sufficiency. MINIMARK will make it easier for the population to obtain consistently all the food products they need in a friendly environment near them or delivered directly to their home, and avoid having to face the searching of products they need through the common markets and farms. And also one of the particularities of our service is the possibility to get our products late at night.

 

The short-term goal is the installation of a site comprising:

  • A breeding for meat and poultry

  • A farm for agricultural products

  • A packing warehouse

 

The products will be packaged and branded with the logo "MINIMARK”, and sold through our various MINIMARK  branches. The long-term goal is to export MINIMARK’s products to outside countries and to other continents.

It should be noted that this project also aims to create jobs in order to contribute to the reduction of unemployment that is one of the major scourge today.
